We hope that
you are always satisfied with products purchased at LANstore. If there
is a problem with a LANstore product, the product will be eligible for full
credit if the returned product and packaging are in mint and salable
condition within 30 days. A repackaging charge of 15% of the sale price may be
charged on any products not returned unopened. All freight charges are
the responsibility of the customer.
Customers
wishing to return products must first obtain a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number from LANstore. The most efficient way is to send an email
requesting an RMA# to
rma@lanstore.com. LANstore.com
will email you an RMA number and directions on how to return the product.
